A Novel Optimal Voltage Vector Selection Control Strategy for Vienna Rectifier

At present, model predictive control (MPC) is widely used in power electronic converters. The objective function typically utilized to select the optimal voltage vector, but switching frequency not fixed or too high during selection process. Therefore, address this issue, a novel vector strategy for Vienna rectifier proposed paper. Specifically, hysteresis link introduced into finite set-model direct (FCS-MPDPC). optimization criterion changed from traditional tracking error minimization longest extension step loop. As result, can be reduced and algorithm simplified by redefining criteria of output vector. Moreover, according rectifier, three-level space pulse width modulation (SVPWM) generate next cycle. Finally, an experimental platform based on dSPACE hardware built verify feasibility strategy. Experimental results show that ensure run normally exhibit good steady state performance.
